Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later. I'll be sticking with this branch of PNC, thank you for your help and getting me set up.
