  The manager need to be evaluated, I believe he doesn't know what he is doing this is not PNC I know since 20 years.!!!!

  If they're going to have both drive up lanes open then they should staff someone to tend to those lanes. Not one person inside tending to everything. I was the ONLY person in drive up yesterday and after being told to "hold on just a minute there's someone inside in front of you", I said no problem. After 15 minutes I had to buzzthe teller three times and ask for my stuff back. This location never has enough people .
