It's super shady looking. Please fix that too. Hire people in the building... Otherwise I'll just bank in crypto online if I didn't want to bank with people handling my money.

I went to withdraw cash, and the ATM at the teller-less branch doesn't even support the ATM access code given through the app. When selecting the option to be connected to a teller, I waited 3 minutes before hanging up. Who is going to wait on hold at an ATM, when they can go across the street to a normal bank and speak with a person?
