- CCChristmas CityFeb 27, 20261.0Been banking here since I was 14. Every time I have walk in there for the simplest request their system is either down or some other problem. Bank elsewhere. Went in for a cashiers check for money that is clearly in my account cleared from another, and they were unable to fulfill the request.
- BSBarry SchallerFeb 6, 20261.0When I moved back from South Florida I wanted to deposit cash. In South Florida they have tellers and you can go inside without an appointment. I quickly learned in PA you need an appointment or use ATM. The lady comes out shoos me away and says I need an appointment or go up to Bath. They have a drive thru. I started out in Macungie and finally made the deposit. The lady on Stoke Park Rd doesn’t know that’s why I have a Wells Fargo Premier Account and pennies in PNC. She is directly to blame!

I went to withdraw cash, and the ATM at the teller-less branch doesn't even support the ATM access code given through the app. When selecting the option to be connected to a teller, I waited 3 minutes before hanging up. Who is going to wait on hold at an ATM, when they can go across the street to a normal bank and speak with a person?
