Not sure if they just have one lady working the counter but when you have a line maybe you should i don’t know move faster and not slack or a simple “i’ll be right with you guys” works too. They wont accept rolled coins to paper money and good luck getting smaller bills there as well. Time to hire more professional personal id say or even maybe have a least two people work there.
