- SSSuleka StieberJul 8, 20253.0The entrance to the bank should not be an area where people should hold private conversations. I had to walk in between two women who decided to have a “reunion” at the entrance. It was awkward because they were blocking the entrance and I was exposed to their conversation. No one came out to tell them please leave the entrance or move the waiting area. I patiently waited for the teller. No one from the offices asked me if I was being helped. I noticed after the teller informed me she was ready for me someone named “Mike” came out of his office to help the people behind me. He saw the line that was building but did not bother until after I was next. No one asked me “can I help you?” I have no desire to be a customer of PNC after I experienced the above. I am happy with my credit union. I simply came in to make a deposit for someone else. I did not have the account number. I had the social security number. Sally assisted me. She was nice and the really the only teller in the whole place. I did get the account number and was able to make the deposit. I would like to say Sally is hardworking, despite being the only teller and only one at the counter she was in great spirits!

I opened the account and of no fault of mine it takes longer than the 60 days for SS to process. Most banks use 90 days as their benchmark. So you guessed it . NO PROMO! As soon as I can transfer my SSI check to another HONEST bank I will close this bank out
