  I deposited a payroll advance into my check account from my employer. They decided that they were gonna put the funds in my account for all of five minutes, then pull them back out and mark it as possible retail fraud because I’ve never received a check like that in my account so typically that tells me any check that I deposit that they’ve never seen they’re going to put a fraud hold on make that make sense. It’s not like this check was for an astronomical amount of money. I receive a payroll check from them every two weeks. I currently walked there. I can prove I have a W-2 I have letters. I had to sign a letter to get a payroll and I can send all this to them to prove the check is Israel. They proceeded to tell me they don’t receive any documents then being outsourced to another country is not my problem. I called three times got three different answers plus a different answer on their chat first it was going into a branch and it’ll shorten the hold that I was told it’s a standard five days business day hold if they can’t get a hold of anybody to verify the check I called 15 times was told that I was told I needed to get a picture of my companies mobile banking are you serious? What company is gonna give their employee access to their mobile banking that would be fraud be for real make it make sense and I will gladly shut up. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my entire life, they’re literal robots. They sit behind a desk and another country and keep talking like they are robots. It’s insane. I’ve never encountered anything so horrible in my entire life. I’m crying cause I’m frustrated. I’ve called four times they don’t give a crap that you need the money they don’t give they don’t care if I was depositing a fraudulent check. Why in God‘s name what I even call back I wouldn’t call and fight with you for that for that. I would just say oh it’s fine. oh well I got caught. I would not call multiple times in a day to fight to get the check verified. It makes literal no sense. I’m very much considering leaving PNC and going to another bank. I left my bank to go to PNC for their growth accounts because the interest was better. What a blatant mistake I made. sorry if this makes no sense, but I am so aggravated that I don’t even know what to do with myself. I am not a child. I work every day. You can see my money comes into my account every two weeks. It makes no sense..

  I really like this branch and have no issues. However, I do wish they had more convenient hours. It's kind of a pain being able to make it there sometimes before closing or on the weekend.

  Been banking here for the past 16 years and have been very pleased with everyone at the branch. Even with covid, we’ve had no issues. I would certainly recommend them.
