I went an hour before closed and they refused to print me a new debit card because they were “too busy” even though I drove to this specific branch because they print cards. And I fly out early in the morning. Worst customer service.
- MRMartin RobbinsOct 18, 20201.0This branch refused to certify my signature on US Treasury bonds as a legally designated attorney-in-fact. That was all that was necessary. No financial transaction involved. I and other of my family have accounts at PNC. Thinking this was not right, I contacted the US Treasury. Treasury said PNC should indeed certify the signature; and that Treasury even provides them with a special stamp for that purpose. Time to jettison PNC.
