As many of us have fallen behind by the outrageous inflation, I asked for a payment deferment on my auto loan on April 3rd. I have never missed a payment or been late. After weeks I get a call stating my request was denied due to a charge off. I have never had any dealings with first national bank until August 2022. I told them that is false and they said someone would call. 2 days and no response. The disrespect and unfair treatment is unacceptable. I highly recommend to bank elsewhere.

After the check cleared they still hold $475 until the 23rd. Main number says you need to fix it at the branch where I made the deposit. They won't respond. USLESS. I routinely run $6,000 to $7,000 a month thru the account. Very Disappointing
