  Been a customer for 20+ years and the last couple visits been getting a hard time from the bank manager Vince. I do not take money out of my account but do deposit money once a week. Now Vince has been running the tellers station the last few times I was in and now he is giving me a hard time just depositing money into my account. He wants my ID or proof it's me depositing money. Why would he want proof it's me to deposit money into there bank. I have the deposit slip and it has my information on it. Sounds to me like he's trying to steal my information.

  Staff is very friendly. They have an ATM that is inside of the first set of doors making it feel safe for bank customers to use the ATM without strangers walking by or looking over your shoulder. The bank is very clean as well. They have a drive through around the back of the building for people who are in a hurry or who have pets or children in the vehicle. They also will print you a new debit card in the spot without having to wait for a replacement card. I'd highly recommend them. Also if you are unsure about any documentation that you may need for a certain proces. Call ahead of time and they will explain everything to you

  I went in to change the $10 for $100 for birthdays and such coming up this week. I was told that I need an account there. Why ?? It's CASH .....Weird. But that's ok. What your business WON'T DO , another business WILL. SO , clearly, I will NOT be back. I see why Your last quarter sukked !!! And all of your commercials and posts and advertisements won't change my mind 🤔🤔

  AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. If you can do your banking elsewhere, I suggest you do so because these tellers will not help you or guide you in the correct direction. This locations should be shut down and these people should never work in banking again. Thanks for a horrible experience.

  From the moment you walk in and are greeted and directed to the appropriate place, until the moment you leave-it's utter brilliance! Cozy and inviting atmosphere, yet still manages to retain a feeling of business-like professionalism. I did suffer from an overdraft fee once that I think was unfair. My online me bank statement said I had money available, I went to the movies and it was overdrawn? $36 later, I learned to DOUBLE CHECK. Hmmm...Still-excellent customer service and I wouldn't knock them too hard over one silly mistake (although on who's part the mistake was is still a mystery!) All the bank tellers are super friendly and can get to know you on a first name basis-if you're there often enough; )
