- MSMichael ScibelliApr 11, 20231.0PNC is apparently willing to lose a customer over a $60 gift card dispute redeemed through their points program. I redeemed a $60 gift card in December and went to use it in February. Apparently, it was loaded with $0 balance. I called later that same evening to tell them about the problem. I have been in contact with customer service 5 times already and it seems they don't care to resolve the issue. If this is the customer service you get over a minor issue over a $60 gift card, imagine trying to resolve a serious issue over disputed monetary funds. I recommend everyone closing out their business with PNC as they don't care about their customers per my experience. Please like and share so this information is spread.

After coming here a few weeks I seen if they see you need cash they will go out of there way to rob you. Everytime I go back they have up the transaction fee. I will never go back again. I have snuffed them robbers out for good. I have better & other ways assist myself.
