  I had no idea how it was going to go, but I was satisfied with my care. Kathy was excellent with helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. My current bank is not my favorite and I may switch over for permanent after w few months.

  It really depends who you get. The atmosphere in this place just feels negative. I’ve had some good days, but more often than not I’m met with laziness, unattentive staff and rudeness. Quite a few times they’ve closed the branch very early and other times they’ve ignored the drive through when there’s only one car there for several minutes. I’ve been stuck in that drive through before for close to 15 mins with 3 people working the desk and almost no one inside. Just no sense of urgency or respect for customers.

  Horrible customer service. They do not work with their customers at all!! Bank somewhere else!!

  Never an issue at the 25 th Ave location. They took care of my mother’s account during her Alzheimer’s. Very professional and KIND , they knew my mom well enough to help her in her condition to not over draft her account. As well as help her keep enough in her account for automatic payments. They were an absolute dream team.

  I cannot believe how rude I was just treated at the Whenwood office. The teller was too lazy to look up my daughters account number for me so that I could deposit some cash into her account. She’s out of town in college and I’ve done this many times but today the lady had a real attitude about it for some reason. I was taken aback by how rude she was. I cannot believe that that level of customer service is acceptable.
