- AAAmberDec 21, 20221.0Did not prepare return properly. I noticed error on next visit or it would have been incorrect longer. Dora was exceptionally rude and unprofessional about the error. Not accepting responsibility or even an apology. I am capable of doing taxes, but pay to have them done by hopefully a professional to not have to keep up with tax laws. I asked her to research and be sure I would not have to pay penalty in addition to over 1000 error done by their office. She stated there would not be a penalty. Well just got IRS paperwork there is also a penalty. Thankfully I caught it myself before larger penalty. Wasted a lot of time with this office just to get adedeum done to correct error. In talking with others hearing similar experiences. Not sure how positive reviews, must be a basic form customer. Look elsewhere. Not professional and makes serious mistakes that will cost you more. Poor customer relations.
