  I went into the branch to acquire a specific deposit receipt for the business I operate. The teller, a middle aged gentleman named Stephen proceeded to hand me a stack of deposit tickets ranging back to dates well before I assumed a leadership role at this company. He then proceeded to go on a tirade, scolding me about an improperly submitted deposit made well before I ever worked for this company. I tried explaining to him that I had nothing to do with the deposit in question, a concept which was apparently too difficult for him to grasp, and promised that I try to submit all banking documentation correctly every time. After two minutes of him repeating himself and explaining the error someone else had made, I had to raise my voice and reiterate that I had nothing to do with said deposit, and that he was preventing me from being able to do my job. I highly recommend the teller be trained in more proficient and professional customer service, and learn to do his job without scolding or lecturing customers.

  The manager Dianne is extremely rude and condescending. From the start, her tone was immediately not one you should have in customer service. She was not helpful and it was overall a very bad experience with her.

  This is the worst Bank in the world. There's never a time of day when you're not waiting in line. They're constantly understaffed and they don't even know what they're doing half the time

  Worst bank ever. All of their policies are aimed at making things easy for them and difficult for the customer, for even the simplest transactions. I wanted to deposit money in my daughter's checking account. But since I'm not listed on the account this is "impossible" according to them. I'm a security risk. Their answer to everything is "that's just the way it is.
