  Worst PNC location, horrible customer service. I waited in line for 25 minutes because I wanted to get a $50 bill since I was giving it as a gift for a shower. I get up to the teller and she tells me they have no $50 bills. In the whole Bank. This is ridiculous you are a bank you should have cash on hand also I would bet good money that there is at least one $50 bill in one of their ATMs but they made no effort to look or any other solution. They just told me they don't have any 50s. I pointed out that that's ridiculous there are bank and they should have cash on hand and she tried to argue with me. She told me to go to the grocery store and ask for one instead. I am a PNC customer, I shouldn't have to go door-to-door to try to get cash - that's why I'm a PNC customer so that there's somewhere I can go to get my cash, otherwise what's the point? And being able to get physical cash is the only reason I stay with PNC as opposed to an online bank. This branch is also small rundown and uncomfortable you walk in and there's a giant camera screen in your face filming you then there's not a lot of space to line up for the one teller working just have to point out how different of an experience it is in this neighborhood then in other PNC Branches such as in Bethlehem feels a little discriminatory PNC that the experience in a lower income neighborhood is so different from an upper income neighborhood.

  I was very happy with the customer service they provide! They have helped me with every need. They are very nice and kind with my dog Treasure he is always offered a treat and they bring out a bowl of water They also offer me a water and help with the door when leaving. Very good people they care The also help you with the automated teller machine if needed I have been very happy with PNC BANK they put a smile in my day and my dogs. Thank you girl!! I am moving to Florida soon i hope my new PNC BANK is just as good. Solid A++ ! Christopher chesh

  I just wanted to give a shout out to Reva for her amazing customer service and being so helpful. I went in needing to exchange coins for cash, and it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be but she made the process a lot smoother.
