They helped with a deposit and an appointment for more information on invests. I understand the ATM and no teller personal one on one situation some people just don't like but most things these days are by phone or computer. It takes time the get used to the staff is there to help, you just need to ask.

The supervisor on duty should be able to empty ATMs and reload with cash. That is simple and when the money truckers come give them a deposit bag like any other business would!!!
