- SCSteph CribbsNov 10, 20253.0I’m not really impressed with this branch at all. Pretty much for any cash transaction you have to drive to Moon Twp. I walked in with $100. All I needed was change. I do have an acct. Couldn’t get it. They want to direct you to an auto teller machine. It’s super annoying, and it REALLY sucks that this is the only branch in the area and can’t do standard service, and transactions.

All automated and there are a few representatives there but was very reluctant to help even thought I couldn’t make a deposit that was cash.

The customer service was literally atrocious! No one acknowledged our presence, just took my checks- then the one teller said to the other- can you do this, my machine is jammed.... so we just slid down to the other teller— still no one communicating. She handed me the receipt. Maybe they are mute? In addition, there just 2 other random people lounging at their desks. Seems like the team could use something to do? Maybe some customer service classes? Back to Beaver, good luck Quip!
