Our mission is to collect accounts assigned by our clients. We will pursue all allowable methods necessary to collect these accounts including, but not limited to, making pre-suit demands, filing of lawsuits, wage garnishments, bank account attachments, property liens, etc.
We recognize however, that cooperating with customers who cooperate with us, who express a willingness to pay and who will work toward settlement of their debt is in the best interest of that person, our client, and of course Valley Credit Service.

- KCKelly CaudellOct 14, 20251.0Uncooperative to say the least. They won’t write the remaining balance on a cash receipt. They fail to explain why they sent my wife another persons info and demanding payment/bullying over the phone. They served me paperwork at my house and demanded money. Went to mediation and they didn’t show up to the appointment. It should have been dismissed but wasn’t. I missed work. If I would have not shown up I would have a court appointed appearance🤔. This list goes on. I’m Contacting BBB. I would prefer to not pay commission to the employee on my case load Sheila. Seems fair.

- JCJason ClarkMay 29, 20201.0So I looked on CreditKarma saw that these people were on it from something over 5 years ago. They say they called 15 times ( to a number that had been disconnected because we had moved.) and sent a letter to our now address to which we never received.
- ECEmily CahalOct 18, 20191.0They are very hard to work with... I was unaware I even had a debt with them as they didn’t let me know at all, I discovered it on my credit report. I called and payed it in full. I requested a statement showing I’d paid in full and they said they would... but they didn’t and they refuse to now. They also will not update my credit file showing it as being paid... they continue to renew saying my highest balance is still outstanding. It’s paid, there is no need for them to continue being like this. They are determined not to be accurate in their reporting and want to do as much damage as possible, even post debt. I get that the bad mark will be on my credit, but why not update it as being paid at least?
