  Bought an RRSP and Bond back in 1995 planning my young families future, ran my own business working 16 to 20 hours a day made a lot of investments in a lot of places, forgot about these. Called them and I was told it was too long ago but would check into it. They didn't so I called management, they said they would look into it, but didn't and wont even get back to me after months. I spoke to 3 different people at the Royal and not one of them can help me. So you buy an RRSP when you're young and 25 to 30 years later when you want to retire they say its too old cant look it up???  I am in the process of moving all my money out of that bank if your smart you'll do the same. I am now reaching out to the Ombudsman For Banking Services and Investments. Invest elsewhere people.
