- RSraif sultanNov 23, 20251.0Stay away from this Bank ,i was trying to find commercial property for my local business, i asked for pre approval ,Austin sayed i have to be under contract to give the pre approval which is not right i said,i was having a bad feeling about this and the poor communications ,after that i asked , we need pre approval to submit an offer, after I provided all the documents they gave me a pre approval, and I was under the contract in the third week he said we have a committee to decide if they’re gonna give the loan or not, which is was not mentioned when I got the pre approval, after three weeks under the contract I got a phone call it says I was denied and there is no reason was given on the phone call they said that they sent me a mail to my address which is not received at all ,very disappointment stay away from this bank there is many choices out there ,thanks God i found what i need in another bigger Bank / That was happened and this was my experience/respect to others opinions and experiences.
