  I do not recommend this specific office nor this company. Employees are rude, unprofessional and most of the times cannot get the simplest things done correctly even after the 3rd & 4th time calling them. Then to have Brandice act as if she doesn’t remember helping you face to face the day before or Lourdes with her rude reply to a simple question by email. I’ve never had such an exhausting experience from an insurance company from becoming a new client to the due date you request to the explanation of rates and coverage to them saying it’s okay if your due date isn’t where you want it to not telling you that you will be charged late fee and it looks like you don’t pay on time. The back and forth to get set up with correct information and dates to the unprofessionalism. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

  They were great prior to me wanting to cancel life insurance. Then the Susan lady was completely rude and unhelpful, then didn’t cancel when I asked and continued to charge me for a policy that I attempted to cancel twice.
