  I do not recommend this specific office nor this company. Employees are rude, unprofessional and most of the times cannot get the simplest things done correctly even after the 3rd & 4th time calling them. Then to have Brandice act as if she doesn’t remember helping you face to face the day before or Lourdes with her rude reply to a simple question by email. I’ve never had such an exhausting experience from an insurance company from becoming a new client to the due date you request to the explanation of rates and coverage to them saying it’s okay if your due date isn’t where you want it to not telling you that you will be charged late fee and it looks like you don’t pay on time. The back and forth to get set up with correct information and dates to the unprofessionalism. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

  Don’t use this office for life insurance. A family member of mine passed in June and it took 3 months to get the payout from the policy. Ashley was hard to reach and then completely avoided my phone calls by the end. She also supposedly never received paperwork that was sent to her more than one time. It was such an unprofessional interaction getting everything taken care of with each person on the policy. You can call and call the office and not get an answer. I hope I never have another reason to need to do business with this office.
