- DMDelillian McCarrellMar 28, 20251.0I wish i could give no stars. I started my journey with John 1 1/2 years ago. At first we were on schedule and in sync with payments. My receipts always read that I paid him but thstvmy balance was always zero. What?! After a while I attempted to contact John to update my payment information. I never received a text, call or email after reaching out several times. It has been well over 7 mos and I still have not heard from john. And no one can ever catch him in that office. I wouldn't trust the company as after I stopped paying, checked the status of my debt. None of my balances have gone down. And now I'm out a good chunk of money that I have no idea where it went to. JUST DONT.
