Went back today to open an account so the people buying our home can transfer funds from their account to our account and they denied my husband because his license has our permanent address on it (his mom's home) even though we have mail proving where we live. When we were in there to the first time a lady came in with her change jar the coin counter was already closed and the teller that was helping us told her they couldn't help there were only 2 people yet there were 4 people and security behind the counter. They don't want to help anyone in there and their customer service sucks. Point blank period would give zero stars if possible
