The "necessity" for the degree of security (on-line) starts to become prohibitive in accomplishing the job -- log-ins, security steps, etc. Challenging, but understood -- although it seems to add a lot of "necessary" effort. the thought crossed my mind to go someplace and let another "human" handle it. Hoping for as positive a result as the 1040-SNR seems to promise. - One serious unhappiness -- our form was the 1040-SNR. At the end, we printed out a copy for our records. But the printing from your program had a number of errors in matching the format of the form. Highly disappointed. - And at one point, I attempted to enlist the assistance of a "tax professional." What I got, "real time," was someone who could help with the software program, NOT a tax specialist as was promised. Remembering the challenge -- and allowing for the thoroughness of the program, my rating is actually a "3.5" until I see the results from both the Feds and OK State. I just wish this wasn't so "challenging." Thanks for the help. jg
