- KPKole PerryAug 6, 20252.0I Called about a reaccuring payment being taken, that I have tried to cancel several times. They told me to come get a new card and it would only take a few minutes, they shut my card off immediately. Once a came in they said the machine to make the cards is now broken. So now I have no card for possibly 7 days. Pretty irritating to say the least.

Instead of standing there staring at me someone could have kindly informed where the line was. Will be finding a different location to go. Perhaps a different bank PNC has made it difficult to find a local location.
