They charged me $10 for having a zero balance which caused me to be negative and once I paid that fee the next day I paid it up to have another zero balance n be even, I was hit with yet another $10 fee literally the next day!!! The only good thing about pnc is that I can cancel my account over the phone instead of going in person

Instead of standing there staring at me someone could have kindly informed where the line was. Will be finding a different location to go. Perhaps a different bank PNC has made it difficult to find a local location.
