- MSMichael SmeltzerNov 18, 20242.0Virtual Bank, no tellers in the building, there were two people working in the entire building. All transactions go through a giant ATM for lack of better term. You speak to a teller through the machine. A woman did come out of her office after I complained because their machine crashed in the middle of me using it. She did help after the machine spent 15 minutes restarting. Overall horrible banking experience I will not go back if PNC decides to go this route I will find a new bank!
