  THIS IS THE WORST BANK ON EARTH. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. BURY IT IN YOUR BACKYARD. PUT IT UNDER YOUR MATTRESS. ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN PNC BANK IN AUSTINTOWN. IF YOU PUT YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT 100%. INEPT STAFF. RUDE. LONG LINES/WAITS. ATMS OUT OF MONEY. JUST DO THR WORLD A FAVOR AND CLOSE THIS BANK DOWN ALREADY.

  awful experiences here over the years specifically Omar was extremely unhelpful and rude recently . pulling all business accounts out of this bank. what a joke

  I cannot bank here with my sister does and I needed to put money in her account. Their policy change though and you can no longer deposit cash so I had to run to the post office and get a money order and then go back to the bank. But the person working was very friendly.

  I have been with PNC for several decades and had been Very happy with the hem until recently. They have lied to me regarding them misspelling my son’s name on a legal document and told me it didn’t matter cause he had a profile with them!! This was even after I had verbally spelled it to her! (If you can see his profile then you should see the proper way of spelling his name!! Secondly, when talking to me he very rude and unprofessional manager who tries to talk over you as you are saying ‘Excuse me’ several times, her claiming they did what I wanted. If she would have shut her mouth and listened with a right attitude things could have gone better!! Spoke with Sarah in Michigan via customer service line and can’t praise her enough!!! So professional and explained things to me!! However hired Sarah did a great job! Sarah was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns!!! Thank you Sarah!! Sarah saved PNC from losing several accts!!! As far as my opinion… Manager should be fired at Austintown!!!
