- CDChris DindaJan 31, 20261.0I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my family’s money back from PNC for more than two months. My parents both unexpectedly passed away last year (which was terribly painful) and I reached out to PNC in November 2025 with estate letters and death certificates to gather each of their Roth account assets into an estate investment account. After more than two months, the estate account still hasn’t been set up! In early January, I got fed up with the delays and went to another bank (Schwab) and had an estate account set up in less than 2 business days. Schwab immediately sent a request to PNC to transfer the estate funds and PNC denied the request! I immediately contacted PNC and was told that I had to set up accounts through them, and that I had to work with the same team of people to do that. That was more than two weeks ago and the accounts have still not been set up! I just want this horrible nightmare to be over and I’ll specifically name Rob Dennis and Emani Brooks as being negligent, unresponsive and lazy with my family’s money. DO NOT TRUST THEM with your family’s money.
