What a waste of time just to be told that they won't notarize a form for my spouse. I should just close this jakey account since it is completely useless.

Stopped at PNC for the drive thru ATM so i could go get a money order to PAY MY RENT tell my why the ATM had a massive error and stopped working mid transaction and ATE MY CARD went in for assistance that was useless I told the desk worker multiple times that it was the drive thru ATM they still tried to go to the one at the front of the building and then we sit there for twenty minutes just for her to come back and tell us theres no card in the machine! We ask for her or a manager to look at cameras for now we fear our card has been stolen. Lakeisha then informs us shes sorry she doesnt have that power and theres nothing she can do for me. So now my money and my stuff get stolen and i cant pay my bills because this company puts its customers at severe risk of being stolen from. This place is not a safe place to get your money from definitely will never be back theres plenty of other choices for banks and ATMs in town.

Wooster branch is nice but overall PNC is a sinking ship. I've used them since they bought out National City 10 years or so ago. Services get less and less and they keep closing branches. Going somewhere else very soon. We don't support woke companies.

Truly disgusting. Absolutely the worst banking experience I have had in my life.
I regrettably opened an account a couple months ago while also trying to seek answers on a 0% interest on balance transfer promotion to help cut down student loans. While opening my account, the staff member, Lakeisha, made several errors and clearly had trouble navigating the system. She opened the credit card without my consent, telling me it was irreversible and that she thought I had consented when I by absolutely no means did. Even if I had consented, she never told me any of the details of the card whatsoever and didn't even provide any sort of literature for me to educate myself. After she told me it was irreversible, she also told me there was a large fee associated with the balance transfer, and I was clearly very upset. I sat and said nothing for several minutes with Lakeisha just sitting there herself.
Having no other choice and now being obligated to use the card, I very reluctantly accepted my fate and she convinced me to still do the balance transfer. She gave no details regarding the process other than the fee and had about 15 minutes of trouble with the system again. Nonetheless, she swore it was submitted correctly after *several* attempts, and I left, not wanting to spend any more of my time at this PNC. Since then, the manager, Lynn Reagan, reached out to my leaving a very truthful negative review, and she swore she wanted to make things right; however, she never offered a single concrete or real solution to make up for things, despite her making it seem as though she was willing to. She did nothing but say, "Sorry," essentially, and told me to wait 25 business days (about a month and a half of real time, realistically) to see if it actually went through because, apparently, nobody can see if anything was even submitted until then (another absurd procedure). Of course, this sounded extremely sketchy, but I had no other choice but to accept.
I now write this after a month and a half of waiting and calling to check on my status, only to have found out that nothing was ever submitted and they wasted two months of my promotional period. When I called to voice my concerns, Lynn had nothing to say but "Sorry." In greater frustration, I brainstormed other options and asked what I could do. Her response was that I NEVER EVEN HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS IN THE FIRST PLACE, yet she never brought this up within the month and a half of waiting and her claiming that she "wanted to make things right". She swore that I can now just go and use the card as a purchase to take the new balance if I wanted, which could have negated an entire month and a half of waiting through this terrible situation. When I asked if there was anything I could do to regain my lost time, trouble, or promotional experience, she said, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do."
I cannot believe the immense negligence involved in this institution nor the obscene willingness to take advantage of young adults and their student loans. I am disgusted and have no respect for PNC after this experience, and I would encourage anyone reading this to completely steer clear.
