  Yikes, stay away. They made it abundantly clear they do not care if they make mistakes on their end and those mistakes negatively impact their account holder’s life in a big way. The Wilmington location should really focus on fixing their inability to take accountability or try to make things right with their customers after wronging them. 0/10. Run!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. You always "need an appointment" for everything! Needed a new debit card and was told the "person" who does that was busy and would be busy the rest of the day.

  The worst bank I've ever been to. Would NOT recommend PNC to anyone! I open an account, deposit money, and instantly gets flagged for fraud. I go in to take my money out and cut my losses, NOPE! The cashiers at the register can't figure out how to. They tell me I have to wait until the investigation is done. I WOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

  Was approved for an Auto loan online was told to pick up check at Wilmington branch. Arrive there at 4:30, loan officer states she cant do that?? I told her I was told to pick it up, and she said it has to mailed to you. Called the corp office back that rep told me no she is wrong they can do that there. So now it is 4:40 and the loan officer doesnt have time and I would have to come back tomorrow at 1. I had already had lined up tests drives at dealerships, needless to say I am not using them. Poor costumer service, must not need the buisness!!!
