They made it abundantly clear they do not care if they make mistakes on their end and those mistakes negatively impact their account holder’s life in a big way. The Wilmington location should really focus on fixing their inability to take accountability or try to make things right with their customers after wronging them. 0/10. Run!

Your tellers are amazing wonderful women who genuinely care about their customers. They are kind, efficient (without making you feel rushed) and make this branch an inviting place to be. I left my old bank because of customer service and I am so grateful that I have PNC to meet my needs. They are taking care of one of the most important aspects of my life (my finances) and I feel cared for as both a customer and a person.
