  Sat in the lobby for over 5 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. Finally someone walked up to me and just said 'what's your name?' and then said she'd help me. I had scheduled an appointment online to do a death notification for my father and had an original death certificate, an account statement listing myself as a beneficiary, a debit card, and the account number. She proceeded to tell me she was not going to process the death notification because there was a joint signer on the account. I informed her that was his POA. She said she had to check with someone else and then came back and said well then you need to go back to the branch that processed the POA paperwork. I asked why the supposed joint signer wasn't listed as a legal owner on the statement then? She said she's not required to answer questions about statements. I just picked up my stuff and left. I've never been treated so rudely, unprofessionally, uncaringly, and unsympathetically in my life. Even if there was a joint signer, she should have processed the death notification on everything under my father's social security number, including his debit card and online banking information so that fraud is not committed against him now that he has passed away. I have two of my own accounts with PNC, and after today's experience will probably just close those as well...

  Terrible restraints on overdrafts. Only been here around a month and will be moving my accounts to a modern bank that actually allows you to overdraw $5.00. Unbelievable and regretting even opening any accounts.

  So unserious! The teller didn't even tell me when my transaction was done and they didn't need anything else from me. The employees were all just talking with each other. I think about six different people were standing around the teller who was doing my transaction. I'm just not comfortable with that in banking. Not to mention I needed help with the door, I hurt myself on the door getting in. And then when an employee helped me letting me out - I still had to ask them to open the second door. Also seemed like there was an attitude of not believing me about being disabled, which can happen when you have an invisible disability. Overall, very bad show! Lack of customer care, lack of discretion, lack of professionalism. I just need one PNC location to be accessible to me as a disabled person, which means having the door clicker to automatically open the door. The explanation that I can call and ask employees to open the door is not sufficient because then I have to deal with the potential bad attitudes or judgments that I am "faking it", and it's also not equal access according to the ADA law
