  At the end of the day, my goal was accomplished but the teller could use a class on customer service. First off, she had a sign on her station that said next teller so I didn’t go up to her. She tells me I can come forward then rapid fire asks me question after question asking me what my account number is. I’ve never been asked my account number before. Then she hands me a paper deposit slip to fill out (I assume) because no instructions were given. I fill it out, then she says oh you don’t have to fill that out. (I’m thinking then why did you give it to me?) She asked me how much I’m depositing and where - normal stuff. Usually they have the machine count it, she didn’t. Then when shes finished she almost throws my ID and my receipt at me, face down on the counter. She says thanks have a good day. I felt like it was a bother for her to help me and I wouldn’t want her handling my money. I went to the Worthington location last time and had exceptional customer service so I guess that will be my main bank now.

  I live 1/2 mile from a PNC Bank but travel three miles to get to the one on Schrock and Otterbein. They are very efficient and super friendly. Janice made my day today from her welcoming me as I walked up to her to her filling out my deposit slip for me. A super group of people!

  Worst bank in the world... they stilling money from you acount... you keep feeding your account , but is always negative.Yuo must deposit cash before 5:00, if you deposit after , they say is end business day, so you can see you deposit next business day .Acount balance never is match, they have some unique policy... and always change.The young people working there not have really experience and explanations , they read , they not answer all you ask !I m not recommended this bank generally !Nothing good about!

  I called in one morning because I saw something strange on my account . My card had been used for 1.05 and I knew it wasn't me . I know it's just a dollar and five cents but I recall something similar happening to my aunt except with her it happened every month for years so if this is something similar I want to nip it in the bud immediately . Anyways I called and the representative was extremely rude . She sounded like she couldn't wait to get me off of the phone . She talked over me several times as I attempted to explain why this 1.05 was so suspicious to me and had a condescending tone the entire call. i also get my pay check late from PNC while all my other co-workers who don't bank with them get their pay checks at exactly 12. Many of them have switched banks . I think I will do the same soon.
