When they're open till 12pm on a Saturday, I reached bank at 11.50 am and they didn't provide service to me to open a new checking account. They said it'll take 20-30 mins and they don't want to wait. Looks like they want their comfort than a new customer. I'm not going there anymore. As far as I know, whoever step in before 12pm should get the requested service. I won't recommend this branch.
