- ZVZ VAug 12, 20255.0I wish they had sidewalk access from the bus stop on Polaris Parkway. They might be able to persuade the city of Westerville to add the sidewalk, since Westerville is currently expanding their sidewalk network in most places at no cost.
- GLGraham_Paulette LangwithAug 5, 20255.0Love this branch in particular. They are incredibly friendly and know you by name. It is a highlight for my 87 year old mom to go to the bank and the entire staff makes her feel so special even when she tries to deposit her “Danbury dollars”.

When they're open till 12pm on a Saturday, I reached bank at 11.50 am and they didn't provide service to me to open a new checking account. They said it'll take 20-30 mins and they don't want to wait. Looks like they want their comfort than a new customer. I'm not going there anymore. As far as I know, whoever step in before 12pm should get the requested service. I won't recommend this branch.
