  Take the time to go inside and take care of your banking and business banking needs. The bankers inside this PNC branch are incredibly nice to work with, and helpful.

  You are spending a lot of money on marketing and getting new clients, but your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I came to the bank on March 9, 2026, to close my account. The banker, Christian, told me I could simply call the next day and the account would be closed. I called as instructed and waited 24 hours, but nothing happened. I then came back again on March 11, 2026, and the same banker, Christian, acted as if nothing had happened and behaved like he was seeing me for the first time. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I expect my account to be closed immediately and for this issue to be addressed properly.

  Worst service of all PNC locations. They will open the door for you but the tellers like you to chat before helping you. Second time walking out
