  Worst service of all PNC locations. They will open the door for you but the tellers like you to chat before helping you. Second time walking out

  Very disappointing experience at the PNC branch today. I have been a customer since 2012, and I went in simply to verify my identity so I could access my bill pay. The lobby was empty, yet a banker refused to assist me and instead told me to schedule an appointment at another location without even checking availability. After being a loyal customer for many years, I expected better service and basic assistance when staff were available. Because of this experience, I am reconsidering keeping my accounts here and encourage other business owners to carefully evaluate the level of customer service they receive when choosing where to bank.

  ATM stopped working while I was using it. Not sure if deposit was processed or not. Very frustrating and has only happened at this PNC location.

  I met with two women in Tara's office at the PNC Bank at Cox Rd. and Tylersville Rd., West Chester; they were so helpful, treating me like family. I was pleasantly surprised. Their expertise was helpful and fit my needs. I am so grateful for all the help and respect given me.
