- CCCora5 days ago1.0Took my daughter over 45 minutes to cash a PNC ISSUED CHECK!!! “We might not have the money” it’s only $6100.00!!! What kind of bank doesn’t have $6100 in their vault!!! Then they insisted on her opening an account and depositing $25 so they could cash one of their own checks and not charge her $128.00 if your bank issues a check, you should be able to cash it for people and not charge them fees. What an awful place and next time you wanna give somebody a hard time and be rude Sheila do it to somebody else!!!! This lead teller went so far as to call progressive and make sure the money was on the claim. What kind of policy is this if somebody brings in a PNC bank check cash your damn check and don’t charge people fees you jerks.

- MMMoNTaGeLOLZDec 13, 20195.0Honestly a great place overall, switched from Chase to PNC. It wasn't too bad of a thought especially to those with bad to no credit firstly. Secondly, the benefits you can have with this bank is substancial between money managing and not to mention at least from experience so far, a good team (in this location as of right now). Overall not bad, but to the 'customers/clients' who complain especially in this review tab.. It's called manage your money better instead of allowing your bank overdraw. Sure PNC may in your case "find their ways to help overdraw your account" but so are other banks out there, not to mention do a better job or make more money. That or change your living conditions around instead of complaining about always being near negative, they have a money bar and pay bills options for a reason. :)
