- CCCoraNov 19, 20251.0Took my daughter over 45 minutes to cash a PNC ISSUED CHECK!!! “We might not have the money” it’s only $6100.00!!! What kind of bank doesn’t have $6100 in their vault!!! Then they insisted on her opening an account and depositing $25 so they could cash one of their own checks and not charge her $128.00 if your bank issues a check, you should be able to cash it for people and not charge them fees. What an awful place and next time you wanna give somebody a hard time and be rude Sheila do it to somebody else!!!! This lead teller went so far as to call progressive and make sure the money was on the claim. What kind of policy is this if somebody brings in a PNC bank check cash your damn check and don’t charge people fees you jerks.

I will be back with ID to shut my account down of 10+ years due to the orange shirt manager and his caricature companion. Thank you PNC for having terrible locations all around, I prefer your service mostly at UDF. Outside of that 0 stars I recommend switching to Chase or Huntington
