  These guys are BUMS. I tried to withdraw $4,300 on a Saturday to buy a car. They would only give me $4000 and told me that was their limit and I'd have to get the test of my cash elsewhere. Sad when your kid's piggy bank is more dependable than the financial institution you've been using for 15 years. PNC you guys are a joke. I took my business to Chase Bank. They called you guys weird and said if I've got the money, they're gonna give it to me. Not stiff me over $300 of my OWN cash.

  Unbelievable “service”——they flagged a check my HUSBAND wrote me and had deposited it and then withdrawn it from my account—-nobody had any answers as to why at all. What a JOKE!! Apparently husbands and wives can’t write each other checks or they will think it’s somehow fraud and take it back. So thank you PNC for flagging a check my husband wrote to me and royally messing up all my accounts and other banking too—-no apologies, no reasoning

  Im giving this bank a 3 to be fair to the other employees who do their job correctly, cubicle in the corner back- office is the issue. She does not explain charges for things at all and then charges your account the next day. I had a stop payment never told of a fee so i thought okay thats fine obviously it must be in their rules? Then i had fraud on my account a few months later which they actually called me about it, i was informed to stop t a lical branch for a free replacement card or they could mail one but if i needed it sooner than it arrives stop amd still get one. So I did exactly that to only be charged a $7.50 fee again the next day! Then told to called back 2-4 days after it posts for the 800 number to reverse it? Seriously..... it would be so much easier if we were told things up front and people weren't just charging our accounts behind our back. This is the only branch that ive had issues with in the almost 10 years of being with them
