- MKMandy KindigApr 9, 20261.0Dear PNC, a "no teller" bank is a terrible idea! NO one likes this! I have been a customer of PNC for 20 years. The branch in my town closed and Wadsworth is the next closest. However you cant go inside and the "teller" on camera was in a different state. This is not customer service! You trying to save money is loosing you business!

I won't open an account if I can't even talk to someone at the branch. I called this location and they answered almost immediately. Kaitlyn(hopefully I spelled it right) gave me specific information that will help me make my decision and for that I appreciate it I have at least one option in Wadsworth and I have two places I won't be contacting again Thanks!
- KRK RMar 3, 20262.0This bank has one teller who takes lunch at random times. Every other branch has two tellers. This bank cashed the first check given to them on the following Monday which is only fair. However this bank would not let me cash the 2nd check for 7 days. Very unprofessional company and it might be the corporate office’s fault not sure but I’d advise anyone to avoid PNC as a whole. 7 days is far too much time to verify a check is legitimate and there is no excuse.

I showed up and she sitting up in her chair all confident and cute with her little glasses. In and out in under a minute. #teamKatlyn (sorry if the name is spelled wrong)
