  This bank has one teller who takes lunch at random times. Every other branch has two tellers. This bank cashed the first check given to them on the following Monday which is only fair. However this bank would not let me cash the 2nd check for 7 days. Very unprofessional company and it might be the corporate office’s fault not sure but I’d advise anyone to avoid PNC as a whole. 7 days is far too much time to verify a check is legitimate and there is no excuse.

  I have worked with a few people inside the bank a couple times on various issues, I have always received good and timely customer service

  I was having trouble with the EFS check being cashed in multiple places. I called into this branch and Katlyn answered the phone gracefully and led me to victory. I showed up and she sitting up in her chair all confident and cute with her little glasses. In and out in under a minute. #teamKatlyn (sorry if the name is spelled wrong)

  PNC bank is just a business governed by corporate rules. The people working inside make the difference of any business. I have personally found Becca and Katlyn always willing to help in every way they can. Sometimes they are bound by the rules that govern PNC as an establishment. However, they have moved mountains for me in-spite of the corporate mindset of these larger companies. Thanks for reading! :)

  I have recently moved to Wadsworth and luckily found this bank within a hop, skip and a jump from where I am. While Katlyn behind the counter helped me, Becca heard my issue about needing to activate my card. While I was doing simple banking with Katlyn, Becca was handling my card issue unbeknownst to me. I didn't have to sit in another office or wait additional time due to the great communication practices amongst the staff at the Wadsworth location. I would recommend this PNC location 100%. Jim, Becca and Katlyn are always personable and clearly, great listeners.
