Yes, I’m also familiar with the $75 I had to pay at 10am to not have to wait days to get my paycheck. Which you’re supposed to avoid WHEN YOU GO TO THE BANK AND DEPOSIT YOUR CHECK WITH A TELLER IN THE MORNING. You’re just stealing our money, at this point. What a joke of a branch.
- ALAnthony LairdMar 16, 20261.0Reluctantly I stopped at this branch to make a wire transfer which one of the assistant managers inputted too many numbers on the account number and the transfer did not go through not only did it not go through, but they charged me $30 for them making an error when I asked for a refund as I was resending the second wire they said they can’t do that. The Branch Manager and gentleman assisting me said I acknowledged that everything was correct when I signed the paper whether it was right or wrong . They refused to refund the transaction which didn’t go through, which was their employee’s fault or rectify the issue by crediting the next wire transfer for the $30 fee. The 2.3 star rating that they have I see now as well deserved!
- JDJason DavisDec 30, 20251.0What a nightmare bank. Online banking is a joke. Account setup takes hours and requires and appointment. This branch doesn’t have a real teller and forces you to video chat with a machine- they only have one machine. Crazy high fees for everything. Literally every interaction has been an exercise in hoop jumping. I don’t think this is a branch issue. The people there are as nice and helpful as they can be, but just don’t choose PNC as a bank. Yeesh.
