  I see why this location got a 1 star review. My son and I couldn't be helped because my POA was done at Reynolds location (even though Reynolds scanned and sent it). We were told it needed to go to their legal Dept...smh...I learned that was not true! I also couldn't be helped with ACH that day or even later until I made an appt. Being a railroad employee doesn't give the freedom of going to a bank just any day or time. I'll stay with my credit union over big banks.

  I have never had this much trouble le going into a bank and closing the account in the past I have gone to 2 PNC banks now and they say we can't close you out because we don't have a banker on duty today that is at the bank downtown toledo and now I'm at the one on Rynalds and hill and they o ly have one person that can close my account in the past the person behind the counter could do it and no wait for someone in an office this bank calls all the time and bugs you to come in to talk about your account for no reason at all I really hate this bank if you want someone to call you for no reason this is the bank for you
