Adeleke and Garrett. I feel sorry for them. They should look for a position elsewhere, where their skills and kindness would be most appreciated and beneficial. PNC virtual, unpersonal crap and all their new rules and fees for everything is unacceptable. Too bad. It's hard enough to have enough money nowadays, and you sure don't want to be at a bank where the BANKING INSTITUTE doesn't care about people.

The man I dealt with was nice and did complete my transaction but I have to say I hate the concept at this location. It's virtual at the drive through. You need an appointment for most things. The inside is just offices. No teller windows. It's very......cold? It's nice to walk in and speak to someone face to face. I just wanted to leave a review in hope that PNC rethinks this and doesn't push this concept further
