If I could give negative stars, I would. A branch teller messed up a payment on mortgage principal, it took 6 business days to even attempt to correct it, and then 24/48 hours to actually process the correction. Three calls to the branch and much wasted time. This is absolutely ridiculous. Complete lack of customer service at it's finest. I'd recommend you bank with someone else that has a clue.

PROS: Staff is helpful and accommodating.
CONS: They have a unorthodox rule that all cash deposits need to have the bills facing THE SAME WAY. This results in normal 5 min deposit taking 30+ minutes. Please fix this. This is inexcusably absurd.
