- MAmike alliOct 9, 20251.0Worst service ever. I opened a new account Monday and did a mobile check deposit and took 2 days to clear as expected. Online banking is having issues so unable to sign in or access my funds. Don't have my physical card yet so i go to bank to withdraw funds. Told Omar Abu my situation and he tells me i can't get any money out because it takes 5 business days for the check to clear and said there is nothing i can do for you. I called customer service and they said there should be no reason i can't access my avaliable funds and as well let me know another branch that can print a temporary debit card for me. He needs to be fired for acting like im trying to steal MY OWN MONEY! WHAT A JOKE!
