However, the staff informed me that they only provide it to customers who have an account with them. I had never heard of this policy before, so I had a lot of questions and wanted advice on what to do next. Even though they couldn’t help with the documents, they went out of their way to give me directions and help me find a solution. I was truly impressed with the level of service here.
