- Aגל גלFeb 25, 20261.0I entered into a six-month rental agreement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and unfortunately, the company has failed to honor the terms of that contract. Not only was the agreement not upheld, but I was also charged significantly more than what was agreed upon — totaling over $3,700 in unauthorized or excessive charges. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team through messages and formal inquiries, I have received no meaningful response. My case has been completely ignored, with no effort made to address or resolve this serious issue. This lack of communication and failure to act is unacceptable. If this matter is not handled promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it through the appropriate consumer protection channels, including formal disputes, regulatory complaints, and legal consultation. I strongly advise your team to review this situation carefully and resolve it without further delay.
- MGMark GeterFeb 10, 20261.0Hi, my son rented a car from them. rental agreement was fix monthly cost with no miles limit or charge, but after returning the car, they used his credit card and charged him 3,733.29 $ for miles. They are not returning his requests and not refunding the extra wrong charge for the miles. Terrible attitude, no communication, and no refund ! Will never do business with them again !
