Every person I have worked with at this branch has been terrific and friendly. I would 100% recommend looking into the services they offer.

The “manager” was so busy socializing with her previous client that she never noticed the 20+ minutes she kept us waiting as they stood in her doorway conversing about non-banking things. I’d rather drive to another location or bank online before I ever waste my time with someone so inconsiderate.

An extremely helpful woman on phone scheduled an appointment for me to come in as soon as I could get there. Arrived 15 minutes later, walked right in and was greeted by two wonderful employees. One took my document, notarized it and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Awesome service each time I walk into the Strongsville location. When leaving everyone wished me good health and told me to stay safe! Thank you everyone!!!
