  Matt Burmeister was terrific to work with for refinancing our house. He took the time to explain the documents and answer any questions we had. Every person I have worked with at this branch has been terrific and friendly. I would 100% recommend looking into the services they offer.

  Justine is extremely disrespectful. Would give zero stars if possible. Completely useless staff. Bank is incompatible with any payment app. Will likely take my money elsewhere.

  I needed a document notarized and called first to see if they could perform this service for me. An extremely helpful woman on phone scheduled an appointment for me to come in as soon as I could get there. Arrived 15 minutes later, walked right in and was greeted by two wonderful employees. One took my document, notarized it and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Awesome service each time I walk into the Strongsville location. When leaving everyone wished me good health and told me to stay safe! Thank you everyone!!!
