  The people in this branch don’t know how to do their jobs, which is fine if they at least tried to. First the bank says they don’t have bank statements with account number visible in the statement at all, no matter where you try to get it from. I need that document for a very important task. I asked them if they could at least give me a letter that had the banks signature or letterhead or something that makes it official, all they gave me is a black and white printed piece of paper in which I had to sign. I really did not appreciate the “Take it or leave it” and “Tough luck buddy” attitude of the person in charge over there. People can face rejections that alter the course of their lives due to improper documentation.
