- LLLGKJun 20, 20231.0I only gave this a 1 star because I do not have the option of negative stars. This is by far the worst branch of PNC I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Terrible customer service, and they are not answering calls. I have made the selection to speak with someone, they pick up and I hear "click", they hang up. Not just once. I have been a customer of PNC since they took over for Mellon Bank in PA. I have never disliked any branch until this one.
