I then repeated what I needed when I met them in person to sign up. Well, guess what. I waited for a call, they never called back, had to keep calling them. Finally they said they could not do it. So I wasted all this time, and now they want to charge me for an account I can’t use. Walk cautiously when dealing with them.

The previous manager set up my account personally and informed me to keep money with FNB to establish a relationship for future loans. They ended up taking hundreds of dollars from me for just for having a savings account there. 0/10.
