  I had an outstanding experience at PNC Bank in St. Clairsville, and I feel compelled to share it. I recently met with Justin, the branch manager, to open a bank account for my nonprofit—and from start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely reassuring. As someone navigating the nonprofit world for the first time, I had a lot of questions. Justin took the time to walk me through everything in a clear, thorough, and approachable way. He made sure I understood each step and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What really stood out was his attitude—he wasn’t just processing paperwork; he made it clear that he sees himself as a partner in helping organizations like mine succeed. That level of care and investment is rare. Overall, my experience with PNC has been far superior to any other bank I’ve worked with. I truly appreciate the professionalism, transparency, and support I received.   Excellent, fast, and friendly service. Called in to make an international transfer. Everything was easy and went to plan. The Branch Banker was very friendly, and easy to work with.

  I will be closing my account asap. They have been charging me $15 a month to even have a bank account. I also tried adding a person whom I'm there POA and they refused it even with legal documentation and even an offered signature from the person. Their app never shows the correct amount in your bank account either. Never had so many issues with a bank before!
