Took 3 “tellers” and an unnecessary amount of rudeness to determine their machine wasn’t adding the business checks correctly.. ( which in my opinion they still refuse to believe) Kept interrupting and blaming customer for their “machines mistake”. Definitely recommend PNC on Limestone.. I believe other banks use common core addition when deposits aren’t adding up after running checks through a machine 5 times and do not rely soooo heavily on machines. Long story short… customers deposit total was correct from the beginning, machine wasn’t capturing a check for $10 yet the customer ended up wasting an hour in the drive through going back and fourth over it. Maybe a bad day or rough week since it’s Friday (I get we are human) but not one apology was said.
