The PNC manager refused to notarize the seller's title since they didn't have an account there even though I had an account. We were at my bank to get money... The seller's bank wasn't nearby which was incredibly inconvenient. I was embarrassed at the lack of customer service of my own bank and the willingness to inconvenience a good long time loyal customer due to a silly policy. Has me seriously considering pulling my accounts.
