Could've gone to the atm instead, but I was in the car with someone else at the time. A withdrawal is literally an in and out type of job. Also, imagine giving people fees for using their money. PNC is a joke.

That was after making an online appointment only to find out the system never added my first appointment to the scheduler.

The PNC manager refused to notarize the seller's title since they didn't have an account there even though I had an account. We were at my bank to get money... The seller's bank wasn't nearby which was incredibly inconvenient. I was embarrassed at the lack of customer service of my own bank and the willingness to inconvenience a good long time loyal customer due to a silly policy. Has me seriously considering pulling my accounts.
